.According to the conditions which the equipments served by the bearing will face to , RPM speed , force bring to the bearing , bearing components material,tolerance grade , heat treatment method,internal play,grease,parameters of raceway…will be considered professionally and comprehensively.

.For example , normally chrome steel GCr15/SAE52100/DIN100Cr6 is used for rings , NBR,HNBR/Viton FPM/ACM for seals , steel ribbon/Nylon PA/PTFE/PEEK/Brass for the cage, chrome steel/stainless steel/Ceramic ZrO2 Si3N4 for the balls . Sometimes hybrid is designed if necessary .

.Internal play can be C2,CN,C0,C3,C4…..or special data according to engineering.

.Our bearing normally operating temperature range -30°C to +110°C . With different material/heat treatment/grease…..will be wider range , consult us for more detailed information if you need.
